The Vermilion complex has developed dramatically over the past 4 years and in particular, the last 18 months.

The club, in its current form, is open from 23hrs – 5am Friday and Saturday nights, as a discothèque. There is still further opportunity to develop the existing business, as the discothèque has been the main focus of our endeavours thus far and as a result, we have not yet explored the full potential of the business. For example, we have left the bar side of the business largely unexplored, and the same can be said of trying to attract the 20,000 British ex-pat market. That gives the new owners lots of options to further enhance the business opportunity here. With a full license included in the price, there are many possibilities for the club, including a bar/restaurant, jazz club or cabaret venue. Indeed, jazz and music nights offering food have been held here on occasion, with a totally different clientele to the discothèque. A database of these clients has also been retained.
